We use "yoga" as an umbrella term for asana, pranayama, and meditation.

AM offers daily classes allowing you to experience all of these.  Check out our descriptions below to find what's perfect for you. All levels are welcome to any classes.


You take a shower to cleanse your outer body. Think of your yoga practice as a shower to cleanse the inside. 

We offer powerful vinyasa style classes to create strength, flexibility, awareness, connection, ease, stillness, silence, and most importantly to learn how to flow on, as well as off, your mat. 

Each class welcomes all levels so that anyBODY can be a part of our community, practice yoga, and experience the state of I AM.

We use three key elements while meditating: Do nothing. Want nothing. I am nothing.

Learn how to sit, be still, and how the practice of meditation will change and become a part of your life. All classes are accessible to all levels. No special clothes are needed, just wear clothes that are comfortable for sitting.
