Learn how to balance on your hands! 

We will explore arm balances workshop style. Poses will be broken down giving you an accessible way to integrate them into your practice.  Arm balances are a great way to enhance focus, strength and fun!

This lab is accessible for all levels and will provide the opportunity to learn to balance step by step.

C.A.L.M. Fall Immersion

A Weekend of C.A.L.M. Community, Asana, Lifestyle and Meditation

This is an in-studio immersion, designed to reset, re-ground, and refocus. The perfect balance to a life lived on the go. A perfect way to honor the Fall transition.

This immersion will offer asana practices as well as expand into the studies and practices of pranayama (breathing techniques) and mudras, meditation, and knowledge complimented with a nourishing plant based diet.

This immersion will empower your connection to yourself and raise your energy levels to leave you feeling refreshed, clear, and connected to live your best life.

  • Nourishing snacks and refreshments provided Friday evening
  • Lunch provided Saturday afternoon. Snack at end of day to take home.

AM Yoga Teacher Training



  • You will be supported by an ongoing AM community that lasts beyond the training weekends.

  • You’ll go deeper with your practice, both physically and spiritually.

  • You’ll have a strong understanding of the whys and hows of the sequence.

  • Your practice will be lit on fire.

  • You’ll gain a solid understanding of whether or not a teacher training certification would be right for you
