At AM Kids cAMp, each child will establish a yoga practice, learn breath techniques, meditation/visualization techniques, gain confidence, and, most importantly, HAVE FUN!
Each day begins with a yoga practice and meditation/visualization/relaxation, age appropriate crafts, and ends with cAMpers feeling great!

Baby Mama Yoga
The first year of your baby’s life is full of AMazing growth and change. It can also be a year of firsts for parents, as well: first time functioning with little to no sleep, first time it’s hard to get your practice into your day, first time you realize this life is so much more than being just about you. At AM and AM Kids, we support you and your young yogi through ALL of these moments. That’s why we created our newest class, Baby Mama Yoga.
In this class you will get your practice in while connecting with your baby and other yogis, as well as introducing your yogini to breath, movement, and the feeling of connecting to one another.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for baby to lay on.
AM Yoga Kids Classes
FRIDAYS FROM 12:00-12:55PM
Super Yogis will grow their SUPER powers using the basic postures of the AM sequence, Super Power breathing techniques, and sharpen their super senses using stories, games, partner poses, and arts + crafts. Through the AM kids! practice your yogi will learn:
· Self regulation skills
· Body awareness and motor coordination
· Listening and attention skills
· Social-emotional skills
Ages 2 1/2-5 years

Must be able to be separate from parent/adult.
AM Kids – Elementary
Classes empower young yogis, build community, teach respect for self and others, as well as foster an awareness of the body and mind. Classes incorporate the AM sequence, with breakdowns of more challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, and mindfulness activities. This fun and energetic class will improve:
· Strength, flexibility, and coordination.
· Self regulation
· Relaxation, stress management
· Sense of community and belonging

Girl Power - Series
On average girls’ self confidence peaks at a young age. This program ensures that it will peak at its highest.
Through the practices of AM Yoga we will AMPower Girls to:
Love themselves for who they are.
Lift each other up.
Understand the importance of checking in with themselves daily - just like brushing their teeth.
Know that they are an important part of the AM community, that they belong.
During this 6 week series, we'll practice the AM sequence, learn how to use breath and meditation as tools, and have a ton of FUN along the way. Girls will engage in activities that foster self confidence, healthy self image, and learn tools to manage stress and emotions. We'll focus on supporting one another, using positive mind talk, and showing kindness towards ourselves and others. And of course, being strong inside and out. Empowered girls empower girls.
