Slow Burn

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Begin with a short power flow to warm up the body, prepping it for deep stretching, hip openers, and restorative poses. This class will help you ease into greater flexibility and relaxation. The class will end with a breath practice and a short meditation.


Restore

rest and relax πŸ’ͺ

Restorative poses held for a longer period of time utilizing props to completely rest and relax. Slow down and allow your body and mind to relax.

We offer powerful vinyasa-style classes to create strength, flexibility, awareness, connection, ease, stillness, silence and learn how to flow on and off your mat. 

Each class welcomes all levels so that anyBODY can be a part of our community, practice yoga, and experience the state of I AM.

 

Get calmer, happier, and more connected.

Learn how to sit, be still, and how the practice of meditation will change and become a part of your life. All classes are accessible to all levels. No special clothes are needed, just wear clothes that are comfortable for sitting. 

 

 

Meditation

10 minutes

After each Vinyasa class, students have the option to stay for a 10-minute post-flow Meditation. No need to pick up your mat and move; we bring the meditation to you.
